By using this website, purchasing products from our store or using our products or services you are subject to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms you are not permitted to use our website or our other services. Your continued use of our website and services confirms your acceptance of these terms.
If you are a minor (that is under 18 years old, or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction) you must not use this website or services without first getting your parent or guardian to read and accept these terms on your behalf.

This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, branding, videos and source code and downloads. No part of our copyrighted material may be reproduced without prior written consent from us.

Use of cookies
Functional cookies storing non personal data are used on this website. These are essential for the proper functioning of the website (facilitating the use of our online store. As these are essential functional cookies they cannot be opted out of, and by continuing to use the site you are indicating your acceptance of their use.
Cookies set by Light Revolution are as follows:
- basketId and basketToken - These are randomly generated values that allow our shopping cart to function, these expire after 7 days inactivity.
- userId and userToken - These are used to allow you to remain securely logged in (after logging in or registering) - these expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
- gdpr - This is a simple boolean value that is used so that we know you have seen our GDPR notice, to prevent it from being shown again. This expires after 41 days inactivity.

Team Monkey Quests
Payment
Payment is accepted online using a credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely using the payment provider Stripe. Your payment details are processed securely by then, we do not store any of your payment details. We accept payment in GBP.
Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment your order will be available to download immediately from your dashboard. This can be accessed at teammonkey.co.uk/dashboard
Use of quests
All details provided within the quests is provided on an as-is basis, and we will not be held responsible for errors or omissions.
By providing the quest to the other named players you are confirming that they have been made aware of and agree to abide by the terms of service outlined in this document.
You are responsible for ensuring your own safety and that of your group while taking part on your quest, including performing any risk assessments that are deemed to be necessary, abiding with all traffic laws and respecting private property. We will not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused while participating in any of our quests.
A purchase of a quest permits a maximum of six named players to take part in the quest activity until it's completion. If you have more than six players you will need to purchase additional copies of the quest to accommodate this. Once you have completed your quest the online companion content (such as hints) will no longer be available.
Following the successful completion of your quest, the purchaser will be able to download your certificates from their dashboard at teammonkey.co.uk/dashboard
You are not permitted to distribute copies of the downloadable quest pack to any person other than the maximum of 6 people named for that quest purchase.
Cancellation and Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of making a purchase, subject to not accessing the items you have ordered. If you choose to access or download any item you have ordered within the 14 day cancelation window you will no longer be able to cancel your order and request a refund.
If you have a problem with your order please contact us by email (hello@teammonkey.co.uk) within 30 days, and we will do our best to assist you. If a product is defective or not fit for purpose we will seek to provide you with a remedy or replacement, or if that is not possible within 30 days we will offer you a refund.
Availability and Errors
We endeavour to ensure that our services are available and as error free as possible. However we do not guarantee the availability of our services, or that the services we provide will be error or disruption free, all of our online content is provided on an as is basis, and no compensation will be provided for any disruption or limitation of these services
Should there be an error on our site (for example [but not limited to] pricing being incorrect), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Personal data
We collect the minimum required amount of personal data in order to fulfil your order. This data will be kept secure, and only passed on to third parties (such as payment providers) in order to deliver the products that you have ordered.
Additionally names that you enter for players as part of our games will only be used for the operation of the games you have ordered.
Fraudulent behaviour
If we suspect that an order has been made fraudulently we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Expected behaviour
You are not permitted to attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent any part of our service. Nor may you use it in a way that causes disruption to other users.
User submissions
Any content you provide via any user submission feature on this site you provide us with a non-exclusive licence to use and distribute the content in any form without compensation.
You agree that any content you submit will be legal, and not discriminatory, not harassing, not abusive, and not intentionally offensive to any individual, group or organisation.
Any ideas, suggestions or feedback you provide to us you do so freely, without compensation or reward.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
